Notice for registration to Nursery & K.G.
for the session 2027 – 2028

Documents to attach with the registration form

1. A recent family photograph (48mm × 36mm), parents with child seated in the centre.
2. Photocopy of the birth registration certificate from the municipal corporation, board, or other government-approved authority. Hospital-issued certificates are not accepted.
3. For SC / ST / Backward category: a photocopy of the certificate from the District Magistrate or their designated authority.
4. Sibling proof: photocopy of the latest mark sheet from St. Paul's Church College, Unit II.
5. Address proof: photocopy of one of Aadhaar card, passport, or voter ID of the parent.
6. For Christian families: photocopy of the baptism certificate. A letter from the parish priest is submitted at the time of interaction.
7. School copy of the online registration payment receipt.

A few things to know

• Filling in the registration form does not guarantee admission.
• Forms with incomplete or incorrect information will not be considered.
• Any pressure or recommendation brought to bear on the school authorities will disqualify the application.
• The school does not accept donations for admission.
• Admission decisions rest entirely with the admission committee and management, and are final and binding. The school reserves the right to admit any child.
• All updates are posted on the online registration portal on the school website. No SMS or letter will be sent.

No refund will be made under any circumstance once admission is granted and the fee is deposited.
